Structured payments that run themselves.
Invoices and handshakes were never designed for how the trades actually work. A phasecontract is a living contract — it collects payment when each phase starts, documents proof of completion, and pays you when the work is approved. No CRM. No invoicing. No bloat.
You're great at your trade. Getting paid shouldn't be the hard part.
No credit card to sign up. Takes 90 seconds.

The living contract
What is a phasecontract?
A phasecontract breaks a job into funded phases. Each phase has clear scope, pricing, and deliverables. It’s not a static document — it moves with the work.
Start with your voice or build from scratch
Without a system, every job is a gamble.
These aren't edge cases. This is the industry.
0
days to collect
The average invoice takes almost three months to get paid. That's three months of fronting materials, covering payroll, and hoping.
0%
written off annually
Up to 9% of revenue disappears to clients who don't pay. Work you finished. Money you'll never see.

of small business failures
Cash flow is the number one killer of small businesses. Not bad work. Not lack of clients. Just money that moved too slowly.
If you're in the trades, you know this feeling. Checking your bank before buying materials. The awkward text to a client you actually like. Wondering if you can afford to take the next job before the last one paid.
The people in this industry who don't lose money aren't luckier — they have a living contract. One process that handles every job the same way: structured, funded, and paid.
One structure. Two perspectives.
The same phasecontract protects both sides.
For you — the one doing the work
Payment is collected before you pick up a tool. Every phase. Every job.
For your client — the one paying
Full scope and pricing before committing. One phase at a time. Never the full job at once.
Fair cancellation
Same rules for both sides. Mutual cancel is instant and free.
Up to 3 minor revisions per phase
Client not satisfied? Minor fixes are included at no extra cost.
Predictable cash flow
Payment per phase, not per prayer. Every job runs and pays the same way.
No subscriptions. Pay only when you get paid.

Either side can request cancellation. If both agree, it's instant and free. If there's work in progress, you can finish the current phase and get paid for it. The same rules apply to both sides — the requesting party pays a small fee (5%, capped at $500) unless it's mutual.
2.5% + $0.50 per payment, plus standard card processing. Applies to phases, deposits, and change orders. Your client pays the exact quoted price — no fees on their end.
