Use responsible disclosure. Include reproduction steps, affected endpoints, and potential impact. We follow standard disclosure principles aligned with OWASP guidance and we prioritize reports that are clear and verifiable.
General questions
For onboarding, billing, launch access, or account guidance, share your current stage and desired outcome. That lets us reply with practical next steps instead of generic answers. For platform status, you can also check payment processing status when card processing events are delayed.
