PhaseContract provides web-based software for residential trade work in supported U.S. markets. Contractors can create a job record from voice, text, or manual entry; organize that job into deposits and work phases; send one approval link to the client; request payment collection; attach files and status updates; and track receipts, review, and payout status.

The service is designed to keep job scope, payment timing, client approvals, work-phase review, change-order context, and operational evidence in one workflow instead of spread across separate messages, invoices, and memory.

PhaseContract records operational events such as proposal approval, payment collection, phase starts, file uploads, client review responses, receipts, and payout status so support can understand the sequence of a job if account help is requested. Those records are administrative software records; they do not replace contractor-client agreements or professional documentation required by local law.

Service Scope

The transactional PhaseContract service is currently offered to users in the United States only, excluding California. Public informational pages, legal pages, and contact channels may still be accessible from other jurisdictions.

Supported jurisdictions may expand or narrow over time based on legal, payment-network, fraud, tax, and operational requirements.

Responsibility Boundaries

PhaseContract does not perform, supervise, inspect, warrant, or guarantee trade work. It is not a general contractor, construction company, legal services provider, financial advisor, tax advisor, lender, money transmitter, insurance provider, or escrow service. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and its financial partners where available.

Contractors and clients remain responsible for their own local licensing, consumer-protection, tax, insurance, building-code, and professional obligations.
